Coffee linked to lower body fat in women


This shows a woman drinking coffeeWomen aged between 20-44 who drank two to three cups of coffee a day had 3.4% lower adiposity than those who did not consume coffee. Older women who drank four cups per day had an adiposity level 4.1% lower. Overall, total body fat percentage was 2.8% lower in women of all ages who drank two to three cups of coffee a day.
